EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED UPON OPENING THE PACKAGE.

YOU HAVE 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS TO REPORT ANY DAMAGED ITEM AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. 

IN CASE OF A REFUND REQUEST, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY AFTER YOU RETURN THE DAMAGED ITEM
